Flat Rate Shipping - Canada (before tax):
Orders between: $0.00 - $75.99 = $12.50 flat rate ground shipping
Orders between: $76.00 - $148.99 = $10.00 flat rate ground shipping
Orders of: $149.00 or higher = *Free shipping. See below for details.
Shipping - Free (regular weight/regular size items only)
We offer free shipping within Canada on orders of $149.00 or more (before tax).
Free shipping does not apply to heavy weight items or machinery. See below.*
Shipping - Paid
*Orders less than $148.00 (before tax) will be charged flat rate shipping. Shipping fees on all large or heavy weight items such as heat presses, printers, cutters, stands, bundles and other large/heavy items is calculated offline once your order is received and the entire order can be weighed against the postal code provided. Once the full shipping cost is determined, we will contact you before releasing your order for shipping. Your order will not be released until fees are paid. Note: Our shopping cart may indicate free shipping on your heavy weight order over $149.00, however, free shipping will not apply.
Shipping - Pickup
We offer free pickup from our warehouse by appointment only. Our office will contact you to schedule your pickup appointment within approx 24hrs (during business days) once your order is ready. We do not accept drop-in pickups.
Courier Method - Canada
Depending on your shipping location, standard ground shipments will be sent via Canpar ground (1-4 business days).
Transfer Paper Canada reserves the right to use Canada Post when shipping to certain remote areas.
$9.50 sample kits are mailed via Canada Post regular mail and do not carry a delivery fee.

Delivery to Apartment / Condominium Buildings
For apartment/condo shipping addresses, Transfer Paper Canada is not responsible for packages delivered to the correct unit, but not signed for by you. That is why we recommend not shipping to apartment residences as the courier services may not buzz your unit, instead, leaving the parcel with anyone who may sign for it. We highly recommend finding an alternate shipping address that is not a residential apartment where a trustworthy individual may sign for your parcel. A signature is required for all deliveries (residential and commercial).
Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes)
With the exception of our sample kits which are mailed via Canada Post, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as a signature is required by the Canpar delivery driver. Please use a physical street address where a reliable individual will be present to sign for your parcel. Returned to sender goods as a result of using the above is not the responsibility of Transfer Paper Canada.
Shipping Large/Heavy Items: Our free shipping offer does not apply heavy or large items such as heat presses, printers, bundles, storage racks and large accessories. You will be charged a base shipping fee at checkout. Once your order is received and weighed we will contact you with the additional shipping required (if applicable) before completing your order. Orders are shipped via ground courier from Mississauga, ON Canada.
USA & International
Our online store is currently not set-up to accept orders from the U.S. or internationally. We would be happy to fulfill USA orders by telephone.

For exchanges, customer is responsible for cost of shipping material back to us prior to new product exchange. Returned goods must be shipped back in protective packaging and in good condition. To request an exchange or store credit for defective merchandise, please contact us within 14 days from date of original purchase. We will then issue you Return Authorization # and return mailing address and instructions. We will arrange for courier pick-up. Please provide your Name; Order Number; Date of Purchase; Product that is defective; Qty to return and reason for return. All defective merchandise requires return to us prior to exchange or credit. Lost returns due to customer's courier method used is not the responsibility of TPC.
