Placing an Order

We offer three ways to place your order with Transfer Paper Canada.

1). Online: safely and securely here at www.transferpapercanada.com

2). Fax: your order to, "TPC Order Desk" at  416-292-7431.

3). Phone: call us to place your order over the phone at 1-877-565-7560 Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:00pm EST.

Can I pick-up my order?
All orders are shipped from our distribution centre. Our shipping fees are very reasonable.

Do you have a store or showroom?
No, we are an office and distribution facility.

Shipping, Rates, P.O. Boxes

Please note: Our shopping cart does not include S/H at the time you place your order. Shipping is calculated manually in order to provide cost effective pricing for our customers, rather than charging flat rate fees.  S/H is then added to your order after it is picked and prior to being shipped out. If you created an account before proceeding through check-out, your S/H cost will be made available at this time by logging in. If you require a quote on shipping an order, please use our quote request form here or call us at 1-877-565-7560

Note: If only ordering one sample kit, shipping via Canada Post mail is free.  Shipping two kits is an additional $1.00 for postage.

Canadian Orders
Dependant on your shipping location, standard ground shipments will be sent via Canpar ground (1-4 business days) or FedEx ground.

Need it faster?
We also offer a 1-2 business day service as well as *overnight for some locations (not available on Fridays or holidays). Additional fee to cover service applies.
*Overnight/express services for shipping addresses that are considered out of the central area for delivery not available.

Deliveries to Apartments Buildings:
For apartment/condo shipping addresses, Transfer Paper Canada is not responsible for packages delivered to the correct address, but not signed for by you. That is why we recommend not shipping to apartment residences as the courier services may not buzz your apartment, instead, leaving the parcel with anyone who may sign for your parcel. We highly recommend finding an alternate shipping address that is not a residential apartment where a trustworthy individual may sign for your parcel.  A signature is required for all deliveries (residential and commercial).

Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes):
With the exception of our sample kits which are mailed via Canada Post, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as a signature is required by the Canpar or FedEx delivery driver. Please use a physical street address where a reliable individual will be present to sign for your parcel. Returned to sender goods as a result of using the above is not the responsibility of Transfer Paper Canada.

USA & International Orders
Our web store is not capable of dealing with USA and international orders, please contact us by email or telephone.

ONLINE PAYMENT

MONEY ORDERS / CERTIFIED CHECKS
For those without a credit card, we can accept payment via money order or certified check in Canadian funds.

Taxes

As of July 1, 2010, our online shopping cart was updated with the new HST taxation rates. The following tax rates will be charged to your order.
HST: ON 13%; BC 12%; NS 15%; NL 13%; NB 13%
GST (5%): AB, SK, MB, QC, PE, NT, NU, YT.

If you are a business in Ontario and are PST exempt, please fax your PST exemption certificate to us at 416-292-7431, (Attention: TPC Orders), prior to placing your order.
We will then deduct the PST from unshipped orders.

Email Confirmation

When you submit an online order, you will receive an email confirmation/receipt of your order.
if you created an account and signed in before placing your order, you may login to your account to view statements and reprint receipts.

Returns, Exchanges

Returns:
We guarantee your satisfaction on every purchase from TransferPaperCanada.com with our 100% exchange or store credit performance guarantee within 14 days from date of original purchase.
Sorry, no refunds. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.  Refund or store credit is based on remaining unused product. For exchanges, customer is responsible for cost of shipping material back to us prior to new product exchange. Returned goods must be shipped back in protective packaging and in good condition. Lost returns due to customer's courier method used is not the responsibility of TPC.

Defective Merchandise:
To request an exchange or store credit for defective merchandise, please contact us within 14 days from date of original purchase.  We will then issue you a Return Authorization # and return mailing address and instructions. We will arrange for courier pick-up. Please provide your Name; Order Number; Date of Purchase; Product that is defective; Qty to return and reason for return. All defective merchandise requires return to us prior to exchange or credit. Lost returns due to customer's courier method used is not the responsibility of TPC.

Inventory

We endeavour to have all products in stock with exception of special order items or specialty heat press equipment.
From time to time our website may indicate an item is available when we are out of stock.  In most situations such as this, we will bring in your item within approx 1-2 weeks and ship out once available.

We offer large quantity discounts on our transfer paper on this site. To qualify for the discount structure, you must purchase the same paper in the following quantities.
Your discount will be deducted from your shopping cart automatically.
