Digi-Cut PRO Heat Transfer Vinyl Roll

Description:
This vinyl with it's adhesive backing and hot-peel feature is time saving.
Peel it immediately after pressing.
The adhesive backing makes it easy to
secure in place on material. This vinyl is great for creating two colour designs
such a names and numbers, or multi-colour logos.
- Roll Sizes Available: 15" wide x 5, 10 or 25 yards long
- Colours: Over 25 colours, (see bottom of page for colour
swatches).
- Sticky backing to help keep weeded design in place on fabric before
pressing.
This temporary placement adhesive leaves no left-over residue.
- Matte Polyurethane vinyl material
- Super thin, soft and stretchable. Great for layering designs.
- Easy to cut, weed and press!
- Works great on 100% Cotton, 100% Poly, 50/50 Cotton/Poly, Spandex and
other Synthetic Blends
- Heat press required, (no hand iron)
Cutting Tips:
- Do not use heavy force - this could cause the blade to pull on the vinyl
and create an uneven cut.
- If the vinyl is still pulling while being cut, lower the speed.
- Make sure your blade is not dull.
- A worn-out cutting strip may cause the blade to drag.
- Specifications for Graphtec cutters: force - 15; speed - 20
- Specifications for Roland cutters: force - 160, speed - 20
Application:
- All designs must be cut in reverse on a cutter/plotter.
- Weed excess cut vinyl off of cut design.
- Place Digi-Cut Pro image on garment. Adhesive
clear carrier sheet helps keep image in place before pressing.
- Using a heat press, apply heat for 20 seconds at 302°F with medium
pressure.
- Hot peel immediately. You're done!
- Permanent, professional results with no background polymer like transfer
paper.
